We're hiring Gauteng delivery fleet

A salary, not a gamble on how many orders come in.

Most delivery work pays you per drop and leaves the risk with you. ZhapZhap employs you on a guaranteed R5 000 monthly base, puts you on a company 150cc scooter, and pays incentives on top.

What you actually earn

Four parts, all of them written down. Nothing here depends on a surge, a promotion or a busy Friday.

R5 000
Monthly base salary

Paid whether it rains, whether the app is quiet, whether your area is slow.

R15 / drop
Above 15 a day

Every delivery past the daily target adds to your pay.

R500 / week
Attendance bonus

Zero missed shifts in a week. Turning up is worth money.

R1 000
Top-rating bonus

Hold 4.9+ stars and a high completion rate for the month.

Work it out

What would you take home?

Move the sliders to your own pace. This is the same formula the fleet office pays on.

The bike is ours. The fuel is ours. The maintenance is ours. The salary is yours.

What we provide

A brand-new 150cc scooter
Company owned. You put in nothing up front and you are not paying it off.
Servicing and repairs
Maintenance is ours. A breakdown is not your wage disappearing.
Insurance and GPS tracking
Fully insured and tracked, with an in-app emergency SOS that reaches the fleet office with your position.
Multi-platform shifts
Uber Eats, Mr D Food and Checkers Sixty60, dispatched so your day stays full.

What you bring

Valid Code A1 motorcycle licence
Strictly required. No exceptions — we cannot insure you without it.
Valid SA ID or work permit
Originals checked at onboarding.
A smartphone
For your shift dashboard, order logging and the SOS button.

Do not have a Code A1 yet? Apply anyway and say so — we will tell you what the licensing route looks like and roughly what it costs. We would rather hear from you early than not at all.

Ready to ride with us?

The quickest route is WhatsApp — send us your name, your area and whether you hold a Code A1, and the fleet office comes back to you. Or create an account and your application lands in the same place.

Or email your CV and licence copy to info@zhapzhaprides.co.za
