These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ZhapZhap Rides' rent-to-buy scooter service. By applying for or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Rent-to-Buy Agreement
Customers enter into a rent-to-buy agreement for either 78 weeks (R900/week) or 104 weeks (R700/week). A mandatory deposit of R1,500 is required to activate the agreement. Ownership of the scooter transfers to the customer upon completion of the full payment term.
2. Payments
Weekly payments are due on the agreed payment date. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of the agreement. ZhapZhap Rides reserves the right to repossess the scooter in the event of default.
3. Maintenance
ZhapZhap Rides provides maintenance and servicing support for the duration of the agreement. Customers are responsible for reporting any damage or mechanical issues promptly.
4. Eligibility
Applicants must meet all document requirements and hold a valid motorcycle driver's license. ZhapZhap Rides reserves the right to decline any application.
